While we are known as the “SBA 504 Loan Experts” and probably more than 95% of our business is composed of 504 loans, we recognize that this loan product may not fit the needs of every prospective client. Assuming you qualify, we believe that our 504 loan program is the single greatest lending program available to small and mid-sized business owners wanting to construct or acquire their commercial property. For those interested in the other programs we offer, we have three different solutions: Conventional Loans, 504 First Mortgage Refinance Loans, No Doc/Stated Income Loans and Multifamily Investment Property Loans.
