Howard Lefkowitz
Howard Lefkowitz has been in the construction and development business since 1974, when he founded Florida Residential Communities (FRC). Mr. Lefkowitz sold FRC in 1986, and subsequently founded the land development company, Leeds Holdings Southeast. In his career, Mr. Lefkowitz has built over 4,000 houses and developed nearly 6,500 lots in 34 communities throughout Central Florida. In addition to his established profession, Mr. Lefkowitz has been actively involved in many areas and committees dealing with both government and community service work. He has been a director and co-founder of a commercial bank, as well as serving as a director on several community service organizations and other businesses.

George D. Livingston
George is the Founder and Chairman of NAI Realvest. He is responsible for the management of assignments providing an array of professional services to corporations, real estate owners, investors, and developers. George specializes in Corporate Services, providing real estate services for fast growing companies, advising and representing foreign clients, acquisitions and sales of large tracts of land and sites for development, third party logistics, and marketing of mixed-use business parks.

David M. Pomerance
David is a General Partner at Martin Magnetic Imaging, Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at First National Bank of Central Florida and a Founding Director of Molly's House. His extensive experience includes being the Chief Executive Officer at Dynamic Healthcare Technologies in Maitland Florida, President of Unisys Healthcare Systems, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Control Corporation, Chief Financial Officer of Abbey Hospital and a Chairman of the Center for Healthcare Information Management (CHIM).

Howard Schieferdecker
Howard is one of the principals of Small Bay Partners, LLC which specializes in the acquisition and development of warehouse projects with "smaller bays" throughout the Central Florida area. He is responsible for the design and development of all Small Bay Partners, LLC projects. He is President and co-owner of LSL Corporation which manages all the affairs of Small Bay Partners, LLC. Howard is President and Owner of Schieferdecker Properties, Inc. which specializes in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of industrial properties. Over the past 20 years has developed over 1.5 million square feet of industrial space in the Central Florida area.

Jack Smith
Jack currently owns a consulting firm called J&B Consulting Company. He specializes in financial consultation in all industries. He is also part owner of Stankunas Concrete, Inc. in Gainesville, Florida. Jack was part owner of the recently sold Orlando Team Sports in Sanford, Florida. Previously, he was the owner of Direct Marketing Resources in Lake Mary, Florida. Jack moved to Central Florida from Ft. Myers in 1987. He is married to his wife, Barbara, and has four children. He attends Orangewood Presbyterian Church in Maitland, Florida.
