Executive Book Club
More About Us
MCC started an executive book club in mid-2004. Its purpose was to allow our team to learn and/or keep current with new and classic business, management, finance and marketing ideas, allow us to share the information we learned with each other, and apply it in a very real and efficient manner within our own company.
MCC's team prides itself on its ability for adaptation, its overall knowledge and expertise, and its willingness to set and meet goals and objectives. These "Book Report" meetings ("Reading Meetings") have become a bi-monthly ritual that has strengthened MCC's corporate culture, helped to satisfy our quest for more knowledge, and increased our company's expertise on a variety of issues. Each team member studies a relevant business book and presents a summary of it to the whole team to share ideas, insights and ways these concepts relate to our company.
We present these here only to display that we are a learning organization striving for constant improvements and excellence. We invite all those interested to join us.
