More About Us

	Christopher G. Hurn Chris is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Mercantile Commercial Capital, LLC and actively participates in, among other things, the business development, underwriting and marketing functions of MCC. Previously, he worked as a senior management consultant, financier and executive with companies such as GE Capital, Heller Financial and NAI Realvest. He has advised, financed and helped many small to mid-sized businesses throughout Florida and the Northeast for over ten years. read extended bio »
	G. Geoffrey Longstaff Geof is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Mercantile Commercial Capital, LLC and is a "working chairman," maintaining daily activities and operations within our firm. He was the founder and President of First Mercantile National Bank, a community bank noted for its affinity of financing real estate projects and single-family subdivisions. He brings over 27 years of experience as a banker in the Central Florida marketplace to MCC. 	Dawn Yannucci As MCC's Office Manager and Closing Director, Dawn has more than 20 years of experience as an administrator and was formerly the Office Manager with NAI Realvest, a major Central Florida commercial real estate firm. Her husband's name is Jim, and she has a daughter named Stephanie.
	Tony Zara As MCC's Executive Vice President, Tony spends most of his time doing underwriting, financial analysis, loan structuring and analyzing new loan packages. Previously, Tony was MCC's first Loan Administrator with a focus on construction administration and coordination, and also a Loan Officer. Tony graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and is a member of their Alumnae Association.
	Trey Colson Trey joined MCC as a Business Development Associate and is now the company's Vice President of Marketing. Trey's responsibilities include: management of MCC's Internship Program, direct mail campaigns, franchise "Preferred Lending Programs", and many other marketing and advertising tasks. Trey graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and he is now actively involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the youth ministry at New Life Church of God. He was married to Rachel Bono on July 2nd of 2005.
	Angela Hardee Angela, after working as a financial intern with MCC, was originally hired full-time as our first executive assistant. She is now working as our first closing associate. Her tasks include coordination of closing documents and third party reports, borrower/lender communications, and compilation of items for closing attorneys. Angela graduated from the University of Central Florida in May of 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She is actively involved with Pioneer Methodist Church in Lake Mary and was married to Jamie Hardee on March 7, 2004.
	Adam Wonus As our Loan Acquisition Officer, Adam is responsible for underwriting, financial analysis, loan structuring and analyzing new loan packages. He joins us from Ohio University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He served as Vice-Chair of The Sales Centre at Ohio University where he earned his Sales Certificate and is a member of their Alumni Association. Adam served as Vice-President of Sales for the American Marketing Association and Vice-President of Finance for ExSell a student-led business at Ohio University. Adam is a member of the Ohio University Alumni Association and the Seminole/Lake Mary Chamber of Commerce.
	Robin Lashley Robin joined MCC as an Administrative Assistant and is now working as a Marketing Manager. Her primary responsibilities include marketing, public relations, database management, and advertising. Previously, Robin worked in the Business Office at Harding University as an Account Manager where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. She was also an Administrative Assistant in Washington D.C. for Covington and Burling law firm.
	Sean Filley Sean joined our team as a Loan Analyst and has quickly advanced within the company. He currently serves as Senior Loan Officer, focusing on underwriting, financial analysis and business development. Sean received his MBA and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
	Melissa Fite As Controller, Melissa is responsible for keeping all accounting records, financial reporting, and coordinating loan fundings. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at UCF, majoring in accounting and general business. She is currently working on a Master of Science in Accounting from the Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting at UCF. Melissa previously worked in banking and government accounting. She was married to Ken Fite on May 20, 2006.
	Nikolaos Triadis As Special Projects Manager, Nick’s primary responsibility is to help coordinate and execute all of MCC’s special marketing projects. Nick was born and raised in Athens, Greece and finished high school in Florida. He then obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance, with an International Business minor from the University of Central Florida (UCF). In May of 2006 he graduated with his MBA from UCF.
	A. Kenneth Nichols Ken joined Mercantile January 02, 2007 as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. Ken graduated from the University of South Florida receiving a bachelors of Arts degree in Mass Communications & Public Relations. He has over twenty years of lending experience in commercial banking, having worked in Florida and Arizona.
	Matthew Harrison Matthew joined MCC and works as a Marketing Associate. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida and also earned an Associates Degree in Marketing from NOVA. Matthew will be working on various marketing projects including website updates, select monthly newsletter sections and many other tasks.
	Natasha Daem Natasha joined us last September and has worked with us as both a Marketing and Finance Intern. She has now been hired as a full-time Analyst in our Finance Department as she finishes her studies at the University of Central Florida with a focus in Finance and Economics. Her main duties at MCC include financial analysis, client relations, and loan underwriting.
	Shawna McCallister Shawna was hired full-time in January 2008 as a Marketing Associate after working as an intern. She manages various marketing projects including coordinating logistics for local and national tradeshows and conferences, handling outbound marketing materials, and other related tasks. She is currently finishing up her Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Central Florida as an Honors student and is planning on pursuing a graduate degree.
