CDC/504 Marketing Program, version 2.0

June 17th, 2008 | 11:08 am

For about a year now, I've worked with a number of CDCs through our CDC/504 Marketing TeleCoaching Program. The goal of this group is to learn and share how we (as proponents of the SBA 504 loan) can better market and promote this necessary financing tool for the small business community, and ACTUALLY IMPLEMENT effective systems and processes to make this happen. There is no other program like this in our industry, and I believe that it's a MUST for CDCs who want to originate their own 504 loans and get away from depending on banks and other lenders to do it for them.

At the end of this month — June 30th to be exact — I'm going to launch the “second wave” of this Program. If you and your CDC are interested in participating, or you know of a CDC that would benefit from this group, just let us know and we'll send the Application and Enrollment form right away.

I won't go into too much detail here about the specifics of this CDC/504 Marketing TeleCoaching Program, but you can go to www.504experts.com/CDC/CDC.Teleseminar.061308.wav to hear a recording of a TeleSeminar I hosted on June 13th for some more information. I basically spilled the beans and told everything about the Program — how it works, why it works, what"s expected from CDC Members, etc. PLUS, several current CDC Members joined me on the call to share the successes they've achieved thanks to this group.

If you have any questions about this one-of-a-kind program, or if you'd like more information, just post a comment here on www.504blog.com or Click Here to Email Us .
