I'm tired of the negative too! My market is Yuba City, CA. Yes we still have lots of short sales and REOs. But, the new ones on the market are now priced higher than the ones even one month ago. And we are getting multiple offers on almost everything. I'm personally swamped with buyers and sellers, so I'm picky now about the business I accept.
Keep up the good work and promoting the truth!

Chris you said nothing I have not heard before and I agree with you. To often business people stand on the side lines and keep politically quiet. I applaud your time and guts to air this information. I'm worried also about all the money the gov't is printing.
