If you want to really get some better service from SBA temporarily lift the rural location restriction on USDA projects. A little competition could go a long way to providing impetus for SBA to become a lot more user friendly Small lenders will find great appeal in USDA's loan note guaranty structure in which the Agency rules on the adequacy of your closing before the Bank has exposure. It's a lot better for deals which are large in relation to a small banks capital to know that the Bank's government guaranty can be counted on.

I didn't catch it last Friday Chris, but I certainly had a smile and laugh this Wednesday. By the way, Monica is handling my loan very professionally.
