sba 504 loan program sba 504 lender

"MCC was the only reason I was able to navigate through the difficult SBA 504 process. The knowledge of Tony Zara and Angela Hardee was key to closing the loan. Their client service was exceptional, something that I demand from others but rarely receive. I will recommend your firm to many, many future clients of MCC. The obstacles in acquiring this loan were enormous. Until I first spoke with Tony I tried unsuccessfully for eight months to find a banker who understood the 504 process. Tony was the guy who made it happen."

    Chris,

What a great conversation you're having with Dan Kennedy. I already have his 2 latest books. Have read them both and, at present, reading to the affluent again. I've already put together a direct mail auto dealer promotion with stellar results. There is less mail going to car shoppers and we have directed our mailers to more affluent zip codes. This is fantastic. I sure hope many of my fellow marketers can't read or can't figure this out. All I can say right now is "show me the money baby".

Excellent post! Thanks for publishing this interview with Dan. After constantly hearing so much gloom and doom in the media, it's refreshing… and I have found many of his points to be true in my own business.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love Kennedy's No BS Marketing to the Affluent. I'm partners in a nutritional supplement business that does NOT cater to the discount shopper. Some recession. We have $200 and $300 plus orders coming in all day long!
