Stay for the Day provides care and supervision, monitoring of general health, social interaction and peer contact for impaired or socially isolated adults, mostly senior citizens. Their diverse services promote the well being, dignity and self-esteem of their clients. The center can help physically, mentally and emotionally impaired adults to remain in the community. They focus on maintaining or improving the client level of functioning which allows them to remain at home with loved ones for a longer period of time. The care they provide is mainly targeted to individuals who cannot be left alone during the day but don’t require 24 hour institutional nursing care. Their service also allows family members to return to work, to shop, or have free time available to perform other family shores. They offer hourly, daily and weekly rates to meet their client’s specific needs; and they also accept Medicaid waivers, LTC Insurance, private paid and acclamation programs at no charge.

Their current 3,400 SF facility offers a variety of activities that helps stimulate clients at all levels of functioning:

The facility also provides continental breakfast, full lunch and two snacks a day. All meals are approved by a registered dietician. They have a full dinning room with comfortable seating.
