Company offers loans to small businesses

Mercantile Commercial Capital, which ranks as one of the nation's leading providers of U.S. Small Business Administration 504 loans for small business owners who want to acquire or develop their own facilities, closed a commercial loan for America West Landscaping, Inc. on Sept. 30 for $2,355,000 in total project costs.

America West Landscaping, based in Chino, has been incorporated since 2002. Their primary source of revenue comes from public-work jobs with the city government and schools.

Mercantile provided long-term financing for their 18,698-square-foot commercial property with a 25-year, fully amortizing term and a 12-year fixed interest rate, with only 10 percent down.
