MCC's 5th Anniversary and Loans Closed 2007

Mercantile Commercial Capital celebrates its fifth anniversay this year. The company provides U.S. Small Business Administration 504 loans for small business owners who want to acquire or develope their own facilities. MCC reported it closed on 48 commercial loans for projects totaling more than $102 million in 2007. Christopher G. Hurn, president and chief executive officer, says the loans helped creat 765 new jobs.
