“If I were to choose one word to describe my experience working with MCC it would be speed. MCC has been extremely quick and proficient. Most of the time, we are used to stepping in and handling everything. We usually end up going a step further with the buyer and handle a lot of the negotiations with the lender. “Most people, when you mention the SBA, get wide-eyed and they immediately think of piles of paperwork. I always tell them about the advantages of the 504 that I’m aware of and then tell them to call Chris [Hurn] because he can explain it much better than I can — he’s an expert and this is all these guys do. If you ask me about SBA loans, I will say that you have to go through MCC. There are other banks out there that say they can do a 504 loan, but if they don’t do it that often, you’re probably headed for one of the stereotypical SBA experiences with lots of paperwork and hassles. The 504 loan is a perfect fit for most small and mid-sized businesses looking to buy a condo unit. I know that the program definitely has its advantages, and I would rather somebody talk to Chris and hear it from an expert at 504 loans.

I’ve had a lot of great feedback from my clients that have worked with MCC. They want to own their property without putting a lot of money down and they want to work with somebody who can do it quickly and easily.
