Mercantile Capital Corp. closed a $1.03 million commercial loan for Suncoast Vinyl Products LLC. Suncoast Vinyl Products will lease the facility to MVP WeatherWise, which manufactures vinyl products including vinyl railing, fencing, decking and porch columns.
