Cain & Snihur was formed by May L. Cain and William J. Snihur Jr. (husband and wife) as a partnership, in January of 1992. Their firm handles legal matters in the following areas: Family Law; Divorce; Child Custody; Child Support; Paternity; Domestic Violence; General Civil Litigation; Probate; Guardianship; Real Estate; Wills & Trusts; Corporate & Commercial Litigation; Criminal Law and Civil; and Criminal Appeals.
Their firm has handled hundreds of appeals over the years. One of the most recent they won, which is a landmark case in Florida, was in the Supreme Court of Florida on the issue of clergy sex abuse. Their case resulted in new law for the state of Florida, which holds that there is no infringement on the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (separation of Church and State) in suing a religious institution for negligent hiring, retention and supervision of clergy. Their case is now cited regularly in law school exams and has been cited in many publications throughout the country.
MCC provided long-term financing for a 1,300 SF office condominium located in Aventura (North Miami Beach), Florida to be their new corporate headquarters.

EMX Industries was established in 1987 with the primary goal of supplying the gate, overhead door and parking industries with innovative sensors and controls. Today, EMX is dedicated to designing and manufacturing products to be used in a broad spectrum of applications and in many industries. They help companies in access control, security, fence, gate and door operator and parking markets.
In industrial automation and process control, EMX sensors are used in automotive, packaging, labeling, metal stamping, paper and wood processing, plastics, electronics and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Their contract manufacturing division specializes in radiation measurement and medical imaging industries. EMX uses in-house assembly lines capable of placing over 20,000 components per hour. We are providing long term financing for the purchase and tenant improvements to a 1,865 SF office condominium located in Aventura (North Miami Beach), Florida. Upon completion, this new office condo will serve as their corporate headquarters. |

Coastal Towing & Salvage, Inc. dba Sea Tow Fort Lauderdale

Coastal Towing and Salvage began its operations in 1995. It holds a franchise license from Sea Tow International and is the highest grossing franchise in the nation. The company holds the sole franchise for all of Broward County, Florida. Coastal Towing is widely successful because of its quality of equipment, superior staff, and its reputation in the boating community.
All Sea Tow captains are highly trained professionals with years of boating experience. Sea Tow captains respond to more than 46,000 calls per year and are required to earn their Coast Guard Merchant Marine Officer license. In the event that a member’s covered vessel becomes disabled and needs assistance towing, a Sea Tow captain will be the person to respond on the water. In addition to holding a Captain’s License, Captain Tim Morgan is also a certified diver and underwater welder, which allows him to perform underwater salvage operations.
In addition to routine distress calls, Coastal Towing will respond to boat fires, accidents and other tragedies. Coastal Towing supports many non-profit organizations by providing vessels, membership donations and monetary donations.

Enjoy a day of mud-slinging fun while helping a worthy cause at the 13th Annual March of Dimes Mud Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, August 20, 2005. Held at the Lee Vista Center, this Central Florida event is the largest on the East Coast. Before August 1st it will cost just $400 to register a team of ten!
Teams raising $1,000 or more receive special perks as “Club Mud” teams. Swine in style with premier event recognition and status including mud servants, massages, VIP restroom facilities, and much more.
Featuring more than 80 corporate teams wallowing in two to three feet of mud, the tournament raised over $85,000 with over 1,500 participants and spectators in 2004.
