1. MCC is pleased to announce, that with your support, earlier today we closed on our 75th loan in only our 33rd month of business (29 months of actual closings) -- making $81.7 million in total projects financed by MCC to date. Even when we factor in our "newborn" year, we have averaged more than two closings each month from the beginning and currently average nearly five a month. We are quite proud of our accomplishments and those of our staff, but especially proud of and thankful for our clients. We sincerely wish Mr. and Mrs. Hendricks all the best in their new building and much continued success.

Hendricks & Associates, Inc., our 75th borrower, is a commercial insurance brokerage/risk management consulting firm which specializes in providing services to commercial entities throughout the world.

We financed a total project cost of $760,000 for the acquisition and renovations of their 3,585 SF building in Winter Springs, Florida with a 25-year fully amortizing term at a very attractive five-year fixed interest rate with only 10% of the total project amount down as their equity.   

2. With the help of our friends and colleagues, MCC ranked as the largest originating 504 lender in North and Central Florida for the second year in a row! For the second consecutive government fiscal year (October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005), MCC was the top originating 504 lender in North and Central Florida with just over 14% market share. Only one other lender out of perhaps hundreds had even double digit market share like us in this region. 

 
     

3. We were also the fourth largest originating 504 lender in the entire state of Florida for the second year in a row in only our second full government fiscal year in business.
