• $1,953,000 to Euro Motor Sport, which sells luxury automobiles, to build a 9,053 square foot showroom and sales facility in Ft. Lauderdale.
• $239,410 to the Hoffman Insurance Agency, to acquire a 1,200 square foot office building in King George, Va.
